This game is played by trying to hit the balls into the pockets around the side of the table?

I think you hit it too hard. You have to hit just right, otherwise that'll happen, or you'll miss the ball you're aiming for.

*goes to line up stick with cue*
*eyes, concentrating*
*pulls back, then hits cue, sending it into a striped ball, which falls into a pocket*

Haha! There, now I'm stripes, and you're solids. But don't let the eight ball go into a pocket until you get the other balls in. If I get all my stripes in, then I have to try and get the eight ball in a pocket.

I think I understand the concept now. If you knock a ball in, is it still your turn or do we keep switching turns?

My turn ends when I stop hitting balls into pockets. So if I miss this next shot, it's your turn again.

I'm not really sure what my favorite thing about the house is. Maybe it's that we're all here together and we're a family, albeit not a traditional kind. But we still stick together and are here for each other.
