I'm trying to get this cloaking thing for Rizzo to work, but it's not. It should be just fine, but I can't get it to turn on... O.o

And I can't figure out what's wrong! >.< Which frustrates me...

It's supposed to block all outgoing signals, like phone and internet. Basically, it takes us off the radar.
It can also keep people from coming too close, by emitting a high frequency sound... and the person who hears it will be so annoyed they won't come any closer.

(that is crazy... but it's what he told me... >.> )

What kind of energy source does it use?
