-chases her in a circle so children stay in site-
-speeds up and catches her-

I caught you!

-trips over own feet-
-falls and rolls over Rizzo so he is underneath-

You would think my clumsiness would have disappeared when I became a vampire.

-chuckles-

*yelps when he catches her*
*laughs*
*falls with him as he trips*

*blushes madly*
I know, it's quite a curious thing, huh?

*stands quickly*
*looks around*

-smiles-

It is.

-stands up next to Rizzo-
-brushes snow off himself-
-walks over next to the children and sits down-

Do you guys want to play peek-a-boo?

-blank stares from Dante and Pandora-
-hides behind his hands-

Peek-a

-opens his hands-

boo!

-Dante and Pandora giggle-

*laughs*
*stands back and watches*
*thinks*
He's amazing. Really, truly amazing...
I think I'm falling for him...

-laughs-
-keeps playing-

I have to say, children are my weak spot.

-glances back at Rizzo and smiles-

*laughs*
*eyes shine*
I can see!
I think you are good with them, and they like you.


*blushes*

-smiles widely back at Rizzo-
-turns back to the children-
-thinks-
I am glad she likes me. I quite like her as well..
-notices Dante-

Oh, what was that?

-puts ear next Dante's head-

You are hungry? Maybe we should take you inside to get your bottle.

-Dante claps-

You do not mind heading back to the kitchen do you Rizzo?

*smiles*
I do not mind at all!
*picks up Dora*

Are you hungry as well, sweetie?
*smiles, heading inside*

-holds backdoor open for Rizzo-
-walks outside behind her-
-still holding hands-

Now why must every day consist of cloudiness and darkness. The sun is rather enjoyable. Then maybe we could get a little tan.

-winks-
-laughs-

*laughs*
A tan would be nice!
Instead we're stuck with pale and dead looking.
It's so boring.
*giggles*

*squeezes his hand*

-smiles-

I know! It is not fun at all! Do you want to know a secret?

-continues walking-

*smiles*
*tilts head*
A secret?
Sure!
*walks along with him*

-stops walking-
-brushes hair away from her ear-
-whispers close by-

I burned as a human. I am rather glad I cannot now.

-laughs softly-

*giggles*
Oh, you did?
I tended to tan first, then burn if I stayed in the sun too long.
Although my face was more prone to burning than my arms or legs. It was quite frustrating.
*smiles*

I haven't talked this easily about my human years in so long. I can't believe I even remember details like that...

-laughs at mental image of Rizzo-

I do not know what I like better. Being burned all over or only on my face.

-smiles-
-continues walking-

Tell me, do you remember much of your vampire years? Or has it been long enough or traumatic enough where you would rather not remember them?

*smiles*

*pauses*
I remember.
Nothing too traumatic really happened until... recently.
*flinches slightly*

*smiles*

How long have you been a vampire?

-smiles softly at her-
-lets go of her hand-
-wraps it around her shoulder-

Me? My life was boring as a human. There are some things I would rather forget but they are apart of who I am. As for being a vampire, I am not sure. I know I am not young enough to be a newborn but I am definitely not old enough to be called wise. Right in the middle. I am rather fond of the life I have at the moment.

*smiles*
I know what you mean.
I'm only about twenty five or so as far as being a vampire goes.
I've lost track, though. It isn't as exciting having a birthday as a vampire as it when human.

-laughs-

Exactly. It is not much fun when you know you will be living, well as live as we can be, for a long period of time unless something traumatic happens to us. Which hopefully it does not.

-smiles and walks more in a bit silence-

I was wondering. Would you be interesting in learning how to shoot a bow and arrow? Maybe I can show you the best weapon yet since swords.

*mock gasp*
*hits lightly*
Don't be dissing the sword!

*laughs*
But sure, I'd love to learn something new.

-laughs-

I was not dissing swords. I promise. I will be right back to grab my bow and arrow then we can walk to the shooting range.

[Chris runs into the house and grabs his bow and arrow from the guest room he is staying in and runs back outside]

All right. Where is this shooting range now?

*laughs*
*nods and watches him go towards the house*
*waits*

*smiles*
It's over this way, out past Kale's shop!
*grabs one of his hands and pulls him in the right direction*

-follows her-
-sees the shooting field by Kale's worship-

Have you ever shot a bow and arrow before?

*shakes head*
Nope, I never have before.
*smiles*
I'm a fast learner, though.

-smiles-

If you say so. I shoot the first shot and we will see how you do.

-picks up bow-
-strings in arrow-
-releases-
-hits bulls eye-

Your turn. The bow may not work too well for you because it made for me but I am sure it will still work good.
