I was running through a forest, in some unknown territory. I was searching for... something. Or someone? I couldn't remember. All I knew was that I had to find whatever/whoever at all costs. I couldn't lose him, it was too painful.

But the forest was too big, and I just kept running. Calling out... calling out to... to... my brain wasn't registering what I was doing. It was like I was just watching myself, and I couldn't hear anything except the trees and the air rushing past me as I ran.

I didn't know what was going on. All I knew was that if I stopped running, I was never going to be the same again. I had to find him. Find him, or risk everything.

I sat up in bed, panting. I blinked, not able to register where I was, that I wasn't in the forest anymore. A dream, it was just a dream. I laid back against the pillow, closing my eyes, and trying to keep the tears from flowing.

I still couldn't believe he was gone. He hadn't been back home for months, hadn't even called. I felt abandoned, used, rejected... I didn't know why he would just leave like that, no contact, no nothing. Unless he just didn't want me anymore, me or Pandora.

At the thought of my daughter, I remembered where she was. With Kale in Ireland, because there was a creepy new guy in the House. I sighed, trying to pull myself together. I had a job to do. I couldn't be worrying about my problems right now, not while there might be potential danger.

I got out of bed and went to the bathroom, taking a loong hot shower, and then got dressed. I headed out of my room and went down the stairs...

*climbs up the wall in the back of the house, not making any noise*
*silently slips through the window*
There, I'm back in the house, but no one knows.
