Oh, well... nothing really. I've been wandering the continental US for about 50 years. I'd do odd jobs here and there, like working at restaurants or small shops whenever I felt I needed some money.

Actually, California was one of my favorite places!
It was pretty amazing, and the heat wasn't as bad as I thought. I was used to being cold most all the time. I liked the beach and the ocean, as well.
